Abstract:To determine the force, stress distribution and breaking causes of roadheader picks, loadings on a
single pick are simulated with MATLAB, and the explicit dynamic analysis of the pick during whole cutting
operation is carried out with ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The results show that the force on the pick varies with the
thickness of the cutting scrap, and both the maximum deformation and the maximum stress appear at the head
of the pick. The study results offer theoretical references for the further structural improvement of the pick.

截齒作為掘進(jìn)機(jī)上的主要工作部件,是反映掘進(jìn)
機(jī)截割效率高低的關(guān)鍵。分析巖石掘進(jìn)機(jī)截齒
的載荷、受力情況與應(yīng)力分布,對(duì)于研究巖石截割時(shí)
截齒的失效原因與破壞機(jī)理,改進(jìn)截齒的設(shè)計(jì),提高
其使用壽命和工作可靠性,解決巖石掘進(jìn)機(jī)的截割效
率與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,具有重要意義[1]。
載荷模擬和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展為截齒截割巖石
的研究提供了新的途徑。文獻(xiàn) [1] 利用 MATLAB 對(duì)
掘進(jìn)機(jī)截齒進(jìn)行了載荷模擬,文獻(xiàn) [2] 利用 ANSYS/LS-DYNA 對(duì)潛孔鉆頭的破巖過(guò)程進(jìn)行了仿真分析,
文獻(xiàn) [3] 利用 LS-DYNA3D 對(duì)沖擊載荷下潛孔錘鉆頭
硬質(zhì)合金球齒的沖擊鉆進(jìn)混凝土過(guò)程進(jìn)行了仿真。筆
者通過(guò) MATLAB 軟件模擬載荷,確定 EBZ160 型懸
臂式縱軸掘進(jìn)機(jī)單個(gè)截齒在橫切工況下截割巖石時(shí)的
載荷,并利用 ANSYS/ LS-DYNA 軟件對(duì)截齒進(jìn)行有
