    摘 要

    目前,國(guó)內(nèi)塑料模具市場(chǎng)以注塑模具需求量最大,其中發(fā)展重點(diǎn)為工程塑料模具。注射成型是塑料成型的一種重要方法,它主要適用于熱塑性塑料的成型,可以一次成型形狀復(fù)雜的精密塑件。本課題就是將醫(yī)療器材中的股動(dòng)脈壓迫器作為設(shè)計(jì)模型,將注射模具的相關(guān)知識(shí)作為依據(jù),闡述塑料注射模具的設(shè)計(jì)過程。
    本設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)股動(dòng)脈壓迫器進(jìn)行的注塑模設(shè)計(jì),利用Pro/E軟件對(duì)塑件進(jìn)行了實(shí)體造型,對(duì)塑件結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了工藝分析。明確了設(shè)計(jì)思路,確定了模具加工工藝過程并對(duì)各個(gè)具體部分進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的計(jì)算和校核。如此設(shè)計(jì)出的結(jié)構(gòu)可確保模具工作運(yùn)用可靠,保證了與其他部件的配合。最后用autoCAD繪制了一套模具裝配圖和零件圖。
    通過對(duì)股動(dòng)脈壓迫器工藝的正確分析,設(shè)計(jì)了一副一模兩腔的塑料模具。詳細(xì)地?cái)⑹隽四>叱尚土慵ǘ0濉⒍9潭ò濉?dòng)模板、動(dòng)模固定板等的設(shè)計(jì)與加工工藝過程,重要零件的工藝參數(shù)的選擇與計(jì)算,推出機(jī)構(gòu)與澆注系統(tǒng)以及其它結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)過程,并對(duì)試模與產(chǎn)品缺陷作了介紹。鞏固和深化了所學(xué)知識(shí),取得了比較滿意的效果,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的設(shè)計(jì)意圖。

    ABSTRACT

    In recent years, domestic market to plastic mold injection mold greatest demand, which focused on the development of engineering plastics die. Plastic injection molding is an important method, which is primarily applicable to thermoplastic plastic molding, Molding can be a complex shape of precision plastic parts. The topic is the Femoral Artery Compression as a design model, the injection mold-related knowledge as a basis for elaborate plastic injection mold design process.
    The design of Femoral Artery Compression for the injection mold design, the use of software Pro/E plastic parts for the solid modeling, Plastic Parts of the structure analysis for the process. Defined the design, determine the molding process as well as some specific details of the calculation and verification. The design of such a structure can be used to ensure reliable Die work to ensure that the other parts of the tie. Finally, a set of auto mapping mold parts and assembly plans.
    A set of mould with one module and two cavities has been designed through the correct analysis of the Femoral Artery Compression in the graduate design. The design and machining technology process of its molding part including the front moulding plate、front mould kernel、back mould plate、back mould kernel etc, and the choice and calculation of technology parameters of the impotent part, the design process of extrusion outfit, inject system and other makeup are specified in detail; Test and product have been introduced,and to consolidate and deepen the learning, has been fairly satisfied with the results, achieved the desired design intent.
